He accused government of helping India become a member of the Security Council uncontested

NAROWAL (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and former federal minister Ahsan Iqbal on Sunday said that we cannot liberate Srinagar by making social media trend and the government should take practical steps.

Talking to media in Narowal on Sunday, he said that the government should immediately summon a summit of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation s (OIC), while the Kashmir issue should be raised again in the UN Security Council.

He said that it has been one year since the Indian occupation of occupied Kashmir and I demand that the basic rights of Kashmiris be restored.

He accused the Pakistani government of helping India become a member of the Security Council uncontested, adding that the occupied Kashmir would have been independent if the government had been active for the rights of occupied Kashmir as it has been active for the rights of Kulbhushan Jhadav.

The PML-N leader asked what was the reason for the government to issue a special ordinance for Kulbhushan Jadhav.
