Buzdar-led Punjab govt will present historical business friendly budget: Fayyaz
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Provincial Information Minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan on Monday has said that Sardar Usman Buzdar-led Punjab government will present historical business friendly budget today.
In a statement, the minister hoped that the traders will find the budget satisfactory as special funds have been reserved for business sector.
Providing tax relief in the budget is an appreciable step, he added.
It is to be mentioned here that Punjab Budget with a total outlay of 2200 billion rupees for the next fiscal year 2020-2021 will be presented today.
Provincial Minister for Finance Hashim Jawan Bakhat will present the budget in the session of provincial assembly to be held at a local hotel in Lahore at 2:00 PM.
The spokesperson of the Finance Department in a statement has said that for the first time, the budget proposals have been prepared with the consultation of all stakeholders.
