Sindh to file review plea against SC orders on Rangers DG, IG

Sindh law minister says that Rangers DG and Police IG have nothing to do with the killing.

The Sindh government has decided to file a review petition in the Supreme Court, which ordered the removal of the Sindh Rangers director general and the Sindh Police inspector general in three days.Sindh Law Minister Ayaz Soomro said that Sindh advocate general would file a review petition in Supreme Court.The minister said that killing the boy was an individual act of the Rangers personnel and institutions were not involved in it. So the chiefs of Sindh Rangers and Police had nothing to do with the killing.He said that legal assistance would be given to the family of the deceased, besides providing protection to the cameraman and the journalists who covered the incident.
