Four PIA flights to bring back over 1100 Pakistanis stranded in Dubai

Medical checkup of all the passengers will be carried out at the airports in Karachi and Lahore.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will operate four special flights to bring back more than 1100 Pakistanis stranded in Dubai, Dunya News reported.

According to sources, all the four flight will bring back Pakistanis from Dubai today (Monday). Over 600 Pakistanis will reach Karachi from Dubai on two flights while two other flights with over 500 passengers will reach Lahore.

Sources further informed that medical checkup of all the passengers will be carried out at the airports in Karachi and Lahore after which they will be shifted to quarantine centres.

It is to be mentioned here that the Pakistani passengers were stranded in Dubai due to the suspension of flight operation in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
