PM said country cannot make progress if criminals are in high offices
ISLAMABAD (Dunya news) – Prime Minister Imran Khan said that country could not make progress when criminals held high offices.
Imran Khan while addressing to the Baloch participants of National Security Workshop said that self-reliance and economic stability are vital elements for national security.
He said that countries strangled in debt are bound to face national security issues as countries facing economic issues cannot use resources for human development, which is essential for national development.
While talking about China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) he said that project will benefit whole country, especially Balochistan due to Gawadar Port.
He said country cannot make progress if criminals are in high offices. Elements who are advising to leave criminals and focus on other matters are not sincere with the county.
He further added that countries cannot develop if corrupt criminals kept on stuffing their personal coffers. Elements who fear that their corruption will be exposed are crying hoarse.
He said people who instill fear in public to secure votes are not leaders.
