The pleas of Vice president of PML-N were fixed for hearing on Thursday

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Petitions filed by Pakistan Muslim League leader Maryam Nawaz, seeking removal of her name from Exit Control List (ECL) and return of her passport will mostly are expected to be heard after winter vacations of court.

The pleas of Vice president of PML-N were fixed for hearing on Thursday by a bench, comprising Justice Ali Baqar Najafi and Justice Anwarul Haq Pannu, but both the judges are on the winter vacations.

Lawyer of Maryam Rafaqat Dogar requested the court that due to unavailability of judges, court should transfer her pleas to another bench.

Chief Justice Sardar Shamim Khan refused her request and said that pleas will be heard by the bench which is already hearing the case.
