FM Qureshi, Malaysian counterpart discuss bilateral issues

FM Qureshi said that Pakistan attaches great importance to bilateral relations with Malaysia.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in a telephonic conversation with his Malaysian counterpart Saifuddin Abdullah shared mutual interest on maintaining law and order in the region, and discussed other bilateral issues.

Talking to his Malaysian counterpart, FM Qureshi said that Pakistan attaches great importance to bilateral relations with Malaysia.

He apprised the Malaysian Foreign Minister about the ongoing Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir. “India has imposed the worst curfew in occupied Kashmir since August 5”, informed Shah Mehmood Qureshi. He expressed that eighty million unarmed Kashmiris are keeping an eye on the Muslim world to get rid of Indian tyranny.

The Foreign Minister apprised the Malaysian counterpart about his visit to Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur conference. On this occasion, bilateral relations and issues including peace and security in the region were discussed.
