PM Imran puzzled as international media continues to ignore HR crisis in IOJK.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has on Friday said that he is puzzled as to how international media is continuing to give headline coverage to Hong Kong protests but is ignoring the dire human rights crisis in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOJK).

The premier took to twitter and said Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory which is illegally annexed by India with 900 thousand troops imposing a siege on 8 million Kashmiris.

Imran Khan added that there has been a complete blackout of communications for over two months in IOJK. Thousands of people have been imprisoned, including entire spectrum of political leadership plus children, and a humanitarian crisis is growing, he stressed.

In IOJK, 100 thousand Kashmiris have been killed over 30 yrs fighting for their right to self determination as committed to them by the international community through UNSC resolutions, the PM concluded.
