Woman gives birth to child outside hospital in Shikarpur
The hospital staff didnt even shifted the woman to a ward an hour after she gave birth to the child
SHIKARPUR (Dunya News) – A woman in Raiwind gave birth outside the Shikarpur Civil Hospital, on Tuesday due to alleged negligence of the hospital administration.
According to sources, Samina Bibi, a resident of Bhoja Naper in Shikarpur district – who was experiencing labour pains — was rushed to Civil Hospital.
The on-duty lady doctor asked her to bring reports of two different medical examinations and an ultrasound.
However, the hospital staff used delaying tactics following which Samina Bibi gave birth to the child outside the laboratory of the hospital.
The hospital staff didn’t even shifted the woman to a ward an hour after she gave birth to the child.
