Cheque worth Rs3mn and job will be given to family member of each martyred victim

Lahore (Dunya News) – Punjab government on Monday approved martyr package for families of five martyrs of Data Darbar blast following a request of Punjab Inspector General Police (IGP) Captain (R) Arif Nawaz Khan.

According to Dunya News, besides these five martyred, pending packages for other 21 families had also been approved after which families of each martyred personnel would receive cheques.

“As per approved package, cheque worth Rs3million and job in police department will be given to one member of each martyred person s family member," Dunya News reported.

According to Punjab Police spokesperson, however, eight martyred belonged to Lahore while seven hailed from Rawalpindi, three from Faisalabad, two from Sargodah, and one from each, Khoshab, Bahawalpur, Hafizabad, Sialkot, Khanewal, and Sheikhupura.
