Sharif family, PMLN leaders meet Nawaz Sharif at Kot Lakhpat Jail

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Family members of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif met the former prime minister at Kot Lakhpat jail on Thursday.
Former PM Nawaz Sharif’s mother Shamim Bibi, daughter Maryam Nawaz and other members of the family met Nawaz Sharif in Jail.
They also brought meal for the PML-N supremo.
Hundreds of PML-N workers were also present on the occasion to express solidarity with the former prime minister.
Sharif’s personal doctor Dr Adnan also met his patient.
Dunya News sources said that the blood pressure and blood sugar were also recorded after which his personal doctor slight changes had been made in Sharif’s medicines.
Later, Maryam Nawaz after meeting her incarcerated father at the Kot Lakhpat jail said he remains unwell with continuous angina.
In her tweet Maryam Nawaz said: "Just got out. MNS remains unwell with continuous angina. Today again during the meeting he had to use sublingual spray for the pain and breathlessness. Pls remember him in your daily prayers. Thank you all."
