Snowfall in northern areas turns weather frosty

MURREE (Dunya News) – The snowfall in northern areas of Pakistan including Murree, Naran and Swat has turned weather frosty.



Kalam, Hazara, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan have also received snowfall. The tourists have started reaching these places to enjoy the chilly weather.



According to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, light rain with snowfall over the hills is expected at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Mardan, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
