Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted dry weather in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours. However, cloudy weather conditions with light rain-thunderstorm (with light snowfall over the hills) is expected at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

The Met Office said that Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. A westerly wave is present over upper parts of the country and likely to persist till Wednesday. Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours while rain is expected at some places Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, weather remained cold and dry in most parts of the country during the past 24 hours. Skardu and Gupis remained the coldest cities in the country with -02°C temperature.
