PM Imran to form special complaint cell
Citizens will be able to register their complaints via telephone, email and WhatsApp.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to constitute a special complaint cell to register public grievances at the Prime Minister’s Office.
Sources close to the development said that the compalint cell would comprise of 40 telephone lines which will operate during office hours from 9am to 5pm.
Citizens will be able to register their complaints via telephone, email and WhatsApp that would be conveyed directly to the prime minister and lawmakers concerned.
