Cabinet issues revised list of members
The cabinet now consists of 25 members.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The cabinet division on Friday issued a revised list of members after President Mamnoon Hussain administered oath to State Minister for Interior Shehryar Afridi.
According to the new list, the federal cabinet consists of 16 federal ministers, a state minister, five advisers and three special assistants to the prime minister.

It is to be mentioned here that Afridi is the only serving state minister in the 25-member cabinet.
Considered a very close aide of Imran Khan, Afridi is the son of Haji Nadir Shah Afridi - a prominent politician and parliamentarian who worked alongside
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah during the Pakistan Movement.
Shehryar Afridi contested the 2002 elections as an independent candidate from Kohat. He won a seat in the 2013 general polls and was elected MNA from Kohat in 2018.
