CJP takes notice of Pakistanis stranded in China after airline cancels flight

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) on Thursday, taking notice of the matter of over 300 Pakistani passengers stranded in China, has ordered to hold the hearing of the case on Friday.

As per details garnered, CJP took notice of the incident over media reports which revealed that at least 300 Pakistani passengers were stranded in Guangzhou city of China.

The passengers had to reach Pakistan through a private airline on July 29 but they were facing difficulties due to delay in flights after some technical issues.

However, CJP has asked for a reply from CEO of airline, Secretary Civil Aviation, Foreign Secretary and ministry of overseas Pakistanis.
