PML-N workers stage protest as NA-91 result withheld after recounting
PML-Ns Zulfikar Ahmed Bhatti was declared winner from NA-91 by ECP on Thursday.
SARGODHA (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers staged sit-in protest as result of National Assembly constituency NA-91 Sargodha-IV was withheld after recounting.
The PML-N workers staged sit-in protest at Azadi Chowk after the decision that the result of recounting would be announced by District Sessions Judge on Saturday morning.
According to unconfirmed result announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday, Zulfikar Ahmed Bhatti of PML-N was declared winner by getting 110,525 votes. Chaudhry Amir Sultan Chima remained second with 110,246 votes.
