KARACHI (Dunya News) - Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan leader Dr Farooq Sattar on Saturday while responding to the sentence of Sharif family said that whatever happened is the result of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) shortcomings.

Speaking to media in Karachi, Sattar advised Nawaz Sharif to surrender on his return to Pakistan.

“Being in politics does not mean that you will not be caught,” he said.

The MQM-P leader maintained that Pakistan Peoples Party and PMLN did nothing regarding the law of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Farooq Sattar further stated that efforts are being made to deprive the voters of Karachi from their voting rights.

“MQM-P workers are still being arrested. Why is this happening? A climate of fear and panic has been produced within the workers which is a matter of concern. The population of Karachi was counted less than half during census,” Sattar lamented.
