Met office predicts heavy rainfall in parts of country

Spell of pre-monsoon is also expected in first week of July.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Thursday has predicted heavy rains in parts of country from Friday to Thursday.

According to Met office, rain-thundershower with gusty winds/duststorm is expected at isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

Spell of pre-monsoon is also expected in first week of July.

Press release regarding moon of Shawwal, the officer said that  there is a slight chance of sighting the new moon of Shawwal, 1439 AH on the evening of 14-06-2018 i.e. on 29th of Ramzan, 1439 AH
