ATC acquits all accused involved in PTI leader Soran Singh murder

The family of deceased Soran Singh has decided to move High Court against the decision of ATC.

BUNER (Dunya News) – An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday acquitted all the accused involved in murder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MPA Sardar Soran Singh by giving them benefit of doubt.

The ATC announced the verdict when both public prosecutor and defence lawyer concluded their arguments. The court acquitted prime accused in the case Baldev Kumar (also a PTI leader) and his accomplices Syed Jan, Behroze Khan, Akbar Ali Mukhtiar and Alam Khan due to lack of evidence.
