LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday has ordered to exhume body of seven-year-old Mubashara for re-postmortem.
During the hearing of Mubashara’s rape and murder case, CJP has directed Medical Superintendent of Allied Hospital in Faisalabad to hold victim’s autopsy. The court has also sought report of girl’s forensic samples in next hearing.
Meanwhile, CJP has expressed resentment over the investigation officers for not solving the case timely over which the Inspector General Punjab said that they are probing the case through all the angles.
The victim’s lawyer had raised objections over the previous postmortem report.
Seven-year-old girl had left her house around 2pm on Sunday but did not return.
Earlier, shutter-down strike was observed in Faisalabad’s Jaranwala against rapes and murders of minor girl and Government College University Faisalabad’s student.
Fuming members of rickshaw union blocked GT road and raised slogans against local administration and government. Protesters are demanding arrest of culprits behind appalling and heinous crimes at earliest.
Owing to road blockade, worst traffic jam was witnessed on both sides of the road.
On the other hand, main accused involved in raping and making videos of minor boys ‘Billa don’ is still at large.
