Lahore: Road accident claims one life
Police handed over the body to the heirs of the deceased after legal procedure.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – A Dubai-returned man died when the motorcycle he was riding on slipped near Garhi Shahu Flyover due to over speeding as a result he fell down and died on the spot.
According to police, Muhammad Waqas a resident of Mughalpura area of Lahore was returning to his house when his motorcycle skidded due to over speeding as a result he fell down and his head banged into a road divider. Waqas died on the spot due to head injury.
Police informed the heirs of the Waqas about the accident who reached there and requested police not to carry out post mortem of the deceased. Later police handed over the body to the heirs of the deceased after legal procedure.
