Sindh cabinet, Opposition Leader Khurshid Shah, and others attended the funeral prayer

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani and his wife were laid to rest after the funeral prayers attended by members of the Sindh government and National Assembly.

To attend the funeral prayer of the Sindh minister, several members of the provincial cabinet took part. PPP workers and supporters filed the space during the funeral ceremonies at Grid Station Ground in Karampur.

PPP lawmakers in National Assembly, including Opposition Leader Khurshid Shah, and Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah also came in and condoled the mysterious deaths. PTI leader Arif Alvi, Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair, and other prominent leaders were among those present.

Meanwhile, DIG-South Azad Khan claimed today that the Sindh’s Minister for Planning & Development committed suicide after killing his wife Fariha Razak at their residence in Karachi. Police has confiscated all the footages of CCTV camera and DVR which proves the suicide and murder. Investigation was held from four house servants and two police personnel and their statements were recorded. The servants have alleged that a dispute was ongoing among the couple.

Pistol, bullets, blood samples, fingerprints and other evidence recovered from the study room have been sent for forensic test.

According to DIG-South, Bijrani received one bullet while his wife got three. Both the bodies were found in the study room. He said that a 30-bore pistol was used in the incident whereas four shells and two bullets were found from the scrime scene.
