JIT to hold interrogation from suspicious people arrested in Mardan girl murder case

MARDAN (Dunya News) – Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on Friday will interrogate from the suspicious people arrested in rape and murder of four-year-old Mardan girl.

According to details, DNA samples of as many as 243 people have been sent for cross matching to identify the suspect.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) police have failed to nab the culprit despite receiving forensic report in the case.

Mardan DPO had earlier told that Asma’s death did not occur due to poison and she was tortured as well before her murder.

The four-year-old had gone missing on January 14 in Mardan’s Gujar Garhi area, and her dead body was found from sugarcane fields near her home on January 15 after rape.
