Sialkot: Two women martyred in unprovoked Indian firing along working boundary

Punjab Rangers gave befitting response to the Indian army and silent its guns.

SIALKOT (Dunya News) – At least two women embraced martyrdom while five including two female citizens also sustained severe wounds as Indian forces resorted to unprovoked firing in Sialkot’s Kondapur village.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Punjab Rangers gave befitting response to the Indian army and silent its guns.

Earlier, at least four Pakistan Army officers embraced martyrdom after Indian soldiers hit Kotli sector with mortar fire. The martyrs were busy in line communication maintenance in the area when Indian Army violated ceasefire and attacked the valley.

In retaliation, three Indian soldiers were also killed while several of them sustained wounds, stated ISPR.

Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Barjees Tahir said India had committee over 70 ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) in almost first three weeks of January this year.

Criticizing Indian Army chief Bipin Rawat’s recent statement, he said in a statement that any Indian misadventure would be retaliated with full force.
