Lahore: Operation against illegal construction along railroads

An operation against illegal construction of houses along the railway tracks have started. All illegal constructions will be demolished.

Railway officials have said that they will start demolishing illegal constructions and houses along the railway tracks from the Lahore railway station to the Cantt railway station. In some places, a prior notice has been sent to the people telling them to evacuate the land.The railway officials said that the populated areas along the railway lines are a danger to the residents and the commuters
