QUETTA (Dunya News) – A cracker blast was reported at Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) on late Sunday in another terror attack in the capital city of Balochistan province.

According to the details, unidentified men threw a cracker bomb in premises of the electricity supplying company however, no casualties were reported.

However, police and rescue teams arrived at the attack site and inspected the premises and launched investigations.

Quetta has been hit by extremists a lot in the recent past whilst the military is pursuing large-scale cleansing operation called Raddul Fasaad to clear ‘residue’ of terrorism in Pakistan.

Last year, an attack on civil hospital in the city claimed lives of over 70 lawyers who had gathered at the facility to mourn killing of their leader earlier that morning.

Terrorists had stormed a police training facility last year claiming lives of security personnel however, the cadets were rescued.
