Another video of torture on special children surfaces
The shocking footage shows a bus conductor slapping and abusing the children.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – A new mobile footage has surfaced today (Tuesday) in which a bus conductor has been caught torturing school children with disabilities.
In the video, the suspect can be seen physically abusing special children in the bus when they were travelling to their institute in Lahore.

Last week, two bus conductors, Hafiz Usman and Akram, were arrested after two videos showed them thrashing children in the bus of Gung Mahal School for the Deaf and Dumb, a government-run institute in Gulberg area.
