Imran Khan summons key meeting over replacement of opposition leader
A meeting has also been scheduled with Jamat-e-Islami on October 3.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Chief of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Wednesday has summoned strategy committee meeting in Islamabad to discuss the matter of opposition leader in National Assembly replacement.
During the meeting, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) references against Sharif family, ongoing political issue and other key issues will be discussed.
On the other hand, Shah Mahmood Qureshi telephoned Imran Khan and took him into confidence over Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) talks regarding changing opposition leader Khurshid Shah.
He also told PTI chief that restoration of links between Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is being taken place secretly.
A meeting has also been scheduled with Jamat-e-Islami on October 3 while day for session with Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) will also be decided today.
