Four including 2 BDS personnel killed in Sukkur explosion
The explosion took place at Rohri Cement Factory.
SUKKUR (Dunya News) – At least four people including two bomb disposal squad (BDS) personnel were killed in an explosion in Sukkur today (Tuesday).
The blast took place when BDS personnel were neutralising explosives planted at Rohri Cement Factory, Deputy Inspector General of Police said.
The victims include two BDS personnel, one Rangers official and a labourer.
Security forces immediately arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area. The bodies have been moved to nearby hospital.
Police have launched investigation into the incident.
