Karachi: Another killer of managing director KESC arrested
Police and intelligence agencies arrested fourth accused involved in murder of MD KESC on Friday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Police and intelligence agencies carried out a joint operation in Kotri and arrested fourth accused involved in murder of managing director of the then Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) Shahid Hamid, Dunya News reported.
Police sources said that the arrested accused Mehboob alias Shehzada used code name Athar while carrying out target killing operations and was a close associate of Saulat Mirza.
On the other hand, some unidentified persons opened fire in Defence area of Karachi and wounded a lady doctor.
Meanwhile, police have also arrested three dacoits in injured condition after an encounter in Korangi area. Police sources said that the dacoits were looting residents. Police have also recovered arms and stolen goods from them.
