Government employees will get their salaries and pensions on August 28
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – According to sources in Ministry of Finance, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar directed to transfer the salaries and pensions of government employees on August 28, reported Dunya News.
Ministry of Finance will release Rs. 55 billion for salaries and pensions of government employees. Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) meeting will be held next week in which Rs. 380 million will be released to Pakistan Steel Mills. It was told that Salaries of Pakistan Steel Mills workers for the month of April, 2017 can also be approved in the same meeting.
It means that government employees will get their salaries before Eid-ul-Azha.
