Karachi: One killed, 12 injured as bus hit height barrier
Rescue teams shifted the dead and injured to the Jinnah Hospital, Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least one person was killed and 12 other sustained injuries when a bus hit a height barrier in Korangi Crossing area of Karachi on Friday, Dunya News reported.
The ill-fated bus was returning from a ‘Mehndi’ ceremony. Rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to Jinnah Hospital, Karachi.
Police and Rangers teams also reached the site of the accident. Eye-witnesses informed media that most of the injured persons are in critical condition.
The driver of the bus managed to escape from the scene after the accident.
