KARACHI (Dunya News) – Counted Terrorism Department (CTD) on Tuesday exposed that Abdul Jabbar alias Saleem Laghari, who was killed in Manghopir encounter on Monday night, was in contact with National Directorate of Security (NDS).

According to details, the security forces said that member of banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Mufti Shakir had given suicide vests to Saleem and his accomplices.

It was also revealed that Saleem wanted to target police stations and worship places but timely action by CTD saved the metropolis from major terror attack.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) said that he was having links with primary intelligence agency of Afghanistan while the suspect also martyred police officer with his gun.
