Karachi: Target killer among 28 arrested in police crackdown
Police conducted operation in different parts of Karachi on Thursday and arrested 28 persons.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - KARACHI (Dunya News) – Crackdown against criminal elements continues in Karachi as 28 persons, including a target killer, were taken into custody during police operation in different parts of the city on Thursday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, police launched an operation against criminal element in Pakistan Bazaar area of Orangi Town. A heavy contingent of police cordoned off the area and carried out house-to-house search during which 27 suspects were arrested.
Police also recovered stolen motorcycles, narcotics and arms from the arrested persons.
On the other hand, police conducted a raid in Qasba Colony and arrested target killer Shoaib. Police sources said that Shoaib was involved in several cases of target killing.
