ATC summons details of Imran, Dr Qadri's assets in SSP torture case
The judge issued summons to SSP Junejo and three witnesses for hearing on July 20
LAHORE (Dunya News) – An Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) has summoned details of properties and assets belonging to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan and leader of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Dr Tahirul Qadri in SSP Asmatullah Junejo torture case.
Leaders of the two political parties were declared wanted earlier in the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Asmatullah assault case.
The ATC has taken notice of the consistent absence of the two leaders in case hearings and summoned details of their assets. The court ordered concerned Station House Officer (SHO) today to take action in the issue and gather the data.
