French ambassador acknowledges Pak army's sacrifices in war or terror

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – French ambassador Mrs, Martine Dorance called on Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Wednesday and discussed matters of mutual importance besides acknowledging and lauding military’s success on war on terror.
The two leaders convened a meeting in the General Headquarters (GHQ).Media cell of the army reported that the French ambassador acknowledged Pakistan’s sacrifices in war on terror.
Reportedly, the steps taken to check infiltration from Afghanistan at the Pakistan-Afghanistan borders was also discussed.
"Evolving regional security matrix and other issues of mutual interest were discussed," Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported.
