PM Nawaz pays his respect at Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH)
Nawaz Sharif offered Asar, Maghrib and Isha Prayers at Masjid-e-Nabavi.
MADINA (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif paid his respect at Roza-e-Rasool (Peace Be Upon Him) and offered nawafil on Monday.
Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif offered Asar, Maghrib and Isha Prayers at Masjid-e-Nabavi. He also offered nawafil at Riyadh-ul-Jannah.
The Prime Minister prayed for the unity and security of Ummah. He also prayed for the peace, security, prosperity and development of Pakistan.
Earlier on Sunday, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif participated in the first US-Arab-Islamic Summit in Riyadh where President of the United States and leaders of the Muslim Ummah gathered to discuss measures to counter terrorism and extremism.
During his visit, Nawaz Sharif highlighted that being the frontline state, Pakistan had rendered remarkable sacrifices in the global fight against terrorism. The rising tide of terrorism and extremism is the most daunting challenge that the world confronts today, he added.
He will leave for Islamabad on Tuesday.
