Jurisdiction to lease out property limited to one year
Municipal Corporation can exercise its jurisdiction to lease out property for a period of one year
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh government has restricted the right to lease out property by the Municipal Corporation, reported Dunya News.
As per details, the notification issued by the Sindh government has limited the right of Municipal Corporation to lease out property for one year.
After notification, the Municipal Corporation can exercise its jurisdiction to lease out property for a period of not more than one year.
In addition, the right to auction properties will also be conditional to the government s approval.
Moreover, the jurisdiction to lease out property for than one year will stay with the Sindh government.
