Another three hardcore terrorists executed in Sahiwal
Of total 161 awarded death sentence by military courts 21 have been executed.
SAHIWAL (Dunya News) - Another three hardcore terrorists were executed at a ‘high security prison’ in Sahiwal today (Wednesday) for their involvement in committing heinous offences relating to terrorism, including attacks on armed forces and law enforcement agencies, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported.
Said Zaman Khan, Shawaleh and Muhammad Zeeshan were tried by military courts.
Said Zaman Khan was an active member of Harkatul-Jehad-e-Islami. He was involved in attacking Armed Forces which resulted in death and injuries to soldiers as well as damage to the government property. He had admitted his offences before the Magistrate and the trial court.
Another convict Shawaleh was an active member of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). He had admitted his involvement in attacking Law Enforcement Agencies and Armed Forces which resulted in death and injuries to soldiers.
Terrorist Muhammad Zeeshan was an active member of Harkatul Jihad-e-Islami. He was involved in attacking Armed Forces which resulted in death and injuries to soldiers. He admitted his offence before the Magistrate and the trial court.
