Imran furious over cabinet for missing out on FATA reforms in agenda
PTI chairman said that FATA reforms and rehabilitation were impossible without merger with KP
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has on Tuesday lashed out at the cabinet for not including Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) reforms in the agenda of the meeting, reported Dunya News.
In his message on Twitter, Imran Khan condemned the cabinet meeting for not including FATA reforms in the agenda. He said that the government was trying to ruin the lives of 6 million people by ignoring their issues instead of giving them the priority.
He claimed that the rehabilitation and reforms in FATA were impossible without merging the region into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). He added that all the stakeholders were united on FATA’s merger into KP.
