ISLAMABAD (Daily Dunya) - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday has unveiled his ‘trump card’ against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s family in Panama leaks case .

PTI has submitted additional set of documents comprising 40 pages in the apex court which it terms as decisive one.

Senior anchorperson and analyst Kamran Khan, in his program Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath, viewed change of lead counsel by Sharif family as major development.

While presenting PTI’s viewpoint in ‘Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath’, Jehangir Tareen said a letter was written to British national daily newspaper ‘Guardian’ by PTI to which it replied by email.

Jehangir Tareen said if this letter is fake, the government should take Guardian to court. He said Guardian’s letter was on record and it would have removed it in case it was forged.

Tareen further questioned that why ruling family did not approach court on ICIJ’s allegations.

To a question about direction of case after recent developments, prominent legal and constitutional expert Abid Hassan Minto replied that Sharif family held the right to change lawyers following formation of new bench and submission of new documents by PTI.

Minto said new bench would analyze its jurisdiction under article 184(3).

Minto also posed question would accused have right to appeal against apex court’s decision.
