Mansoor Ali Shah vowed to pursue the case till its conclusive end
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) has summoned Advocate General of Punjab among chiefs of all departments concerned on January 13 in Punjab land scam case.
Chief Justice (CJ) of Lahore High Court, Mansoor Ali Shah held hearing of land scam case.
Senior Advocate in Supreme Court (SC) Javed Rasheed was appointed as judicial assistant who would file his recommendations in next hearing. CJ Shah said that Dunya News exposed the massive scandal and upon an inquiry it was found true.
Mansoor Ali Shah vowed to pursue the case till its conclusive end.
Dunya News exposed the scam last year in which around 1,93,000 canal land across Punjab was grabbed by criminals using forged verdicts of courts.
