PIA boards PPP leaders on wrong flight
PIA allowed PPP leaders on flight for Multan instead of Sukkur.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – In another blunder by the staff of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), Sukkur-bound Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leaders were allegedly boarded on a wrong aircraft today (Tuesday).
In a message posted on Twitter, senior PPP leader Sherry Rehman stated that PIA boarded them on the wrong ATR for Multan instead of Sukkur.

Few days back, all ATR aircrafts of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) were grounded for shakedown tests after flight PK-581 from Multan to Karachi with 47 passengers and crew escaped a major disaster when one of its engines caught fire just before the take off from Multan Airport.
On December 7, flight PK-661 crashed near Havelian after one of its two turboprop engines reportedly failed while travelling from Chitral to Islamabad, killing 47 people on board.
PPP workers are arriving in Sukkur to commemorate the 9th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
A public meeting will also be held at Garhi Khuda Bux which will be addressed by Chairman Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Co-Chairman and former President Asif Ali Zardari.
Foolproof security arrangements have been made on the occasion.
