Unidentified men gunned down DSP Riaz Islam in Faqeerabad area of Peshawar on Saturday
PESHAWAR: (Dunya News) – Unidentified men on Saturday gunned down DSP Riaz Islam in Faqeerabad area of Peshawar just after he had offered Maghrib prayer, reported Dunya News.
The jinni of target-killing in the provincial capital is again out of the bottle. According to police, Riaz Islam was appointed in anti-terror department. He had just come out of the mosque after offering evening prayer when he was fired at by unidentified men.
The officer was immediately taken to Lady Reading Hospital after the firing but he couldn’t be revived succumbed to injuries.
