ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Pakistan and Turkey on Thursday expressed concern over human rights violations in occupied Kashmir. Turkish President Teyyep Erdogan stressed upon the resolution of Kashmir issue between Pakistan India through talks, reported Dunya News.

In a joint declaration issued today from Islamabad, the recent attempt of mutiny in Turkey was strongly condemned and praised the people of Turkey and their resolve to defend democracy. The joint declaration paid rich tribute to the people of Turkey for standing firm with democracy.

The joint declaration decided to expand cooperation in the fields of energy, agriculture, housing and infrastructure. It said that Kashmir issue should be resolved in accordance with United Nations resolutions. Both countries expressed concern over human rights violations in the occupied Kashmir.
