Erdogan's visit to Lahore: Roads adjoining Fort remain closed from 3pm to 10pm

Alternatives routes have been given for the safety of the citizens.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore administration has ensured strict security arrangements ahead of Turkish President Recep Tayyib Erdogan’s visit to Lahore

According to the plan, Mall Road will remain closed for ordinary traffic from Airport to Azadi Chowk from 3 pm to 10 pm.

Traffic coming to Lahore from Ravi Road would be diverted to Ring Road. Vehicles going out of city from Lorry Adda and Vegetable Market can use also Ring Road.

Roads heading from Shimal Hill and Railway Station to Iqbal Park would be diverted to GT Road via Garhi Shahu. Transportation can have access to the Inner Circular Road from Ik Moria through Misri Shah.

Similarly, Outfall Road will be closed from Saggian Ravi Bridge. No traffic would be allowed towards Lower Mall from Veterinary University and DIG Operations office.
