Nawaz Sharif has been trying to use the Kashmir issue to save himself, says Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has said that we were criticized for not participating in the joint session of the Parliament, however, there were so many reasons behind our decision besides most members of the Central Executive Committee were not in favor of participating in the joint session.

He expressed these views while briefing media after the meeting of Central Advisory Council of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf.

Khan categorically said that his decision of refusing to participate in the joint session was correct.

Imran blamed Nawaz Sharif for trying to use the Kashmir issue to save himself as he had been identified as culprit in Panama Leaks.

Imran told that the current rulers have deteriorated our country and are taking turns for corruption, henceforth, degrading the nation morally as well. He refused to call the prevailing system as Democracy and instead proclaimed it as Kleptocracy.

He lambasted Bilawal for calling Nawaz Sharif as a traitor in the first place and then shaking hands with him at the joint session.

“If Pakistan Peoples Party wants to save itself, they should have to adopt the minus one formula like MQM. He stressed that the party must have to say adios to Asif if they wanted to move on,” said Imran Khan.

Chairman PTI told that Khurshid Shah is on Nawaz Sharif’s payroll and professed that there can be no friendly opposition like Pakistan Peoples Party.

Imran was of the opinion that Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari are the same.

He also claimed that there do exist some people within Pakistan Peoples Party who want Nawaz Sharif’s accountability, however, they are silent due to Asif Ali Zardari.

“I appeal to all Pakistanis to come to Islamabad on October 30 and put their effort in saving Pakistan,” said Imran Khan. 

He termed Oct 30 as a defining moment in the history of the country.

Imran khan revealed that they would not move from Islamabad unless and until Nawaz Sharif resigns or presents himself for accountability.
