Non-bailable warrant issued against Musharraf in Ghazi murder case
SHO police station Aabpara has received the warrants
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Non-bailable warrant was issued against former president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf in Ghazi Abdur Rasheed murder case, reported Dunya News. The Session Court ordered to arrest the former president and to bring him to court.
According to details, SHO police station Aabpara received the warrants. SHO was ordered in the warrant to arrest Musharraf and brought him to the court so that the proceedings of the case proceed further.
On the other hand, warrants were also sent to SSP and Deputy Commissioner Islamabad for confiscating Pervez Musharraf’s property. Moreover, both of them were also directed in the warrant to declare the methodology for competitive bidding of the property.
