Arrest warrants for Pervaiz Musharraf in Abdul Rashid Ghazi murder case
The case would be re-opened for hearing upon former presidents arrest
Islamabad (Dunya News) - Additional Session Judge Pervaiz Al Qadir gave his detailed verdict in Abdul Rashid Ghazi’s murder case, reported Dunya News.
The Session Judge ordered the non-bailable warrants for Musharraf.
In the detailed verdict, the Session Judge announced that the case would be re-opened for hearing upon former president’s arrest.
The court also ordered the confiscation of Musharraf’s property and also surety bonds of Rs 200,000.
